  • We offer weekly, twice weekly, and One-Time cleanups, as well as poop disposal service.

  • You do not need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, and your dog(s) are secured, we are able to provide service. However, for the first service we would love to meet with you and your dog so that we can all get acquainted as well as discuss your yard and the service.

  • Yes. All equipment is sanitized between properties to ensure pet safety. We pride ourselves on providing a sanitary experience for all our clients. We make sure to thoroughly clean and sanitize our rake, bucket and shoes after every yard and we use a new bag to line our buckets every time. This helps to prevent cross contamination of possible diseases in dog poop - from yard to yard.

  • All invoicing is done through our secure client portal, Sweep&Go, where we accept debit and credit card payments. If you sign up for a weekly poop scooping service after the initial cleaning, you will be pre-billed on the day that you start weekly services (prorated for the rest of the month) and then we will get you on our 1st of the month billing each month after that. For all recurring/weekly services we require you to keep a debit or credit card on file for easy, secure, automatic monthly billing.

  • Yes, weather permitting. Service may be delayed due to severe weather for safety reasons, but we will always communicate any changes with your service.

  • We ask that all dogs be secured either inside or outside during service to ensure safety and avoid distractions. If your dog is unable to be secured please communicate with us prior to your service.

  • We provide a photo confirmation showing gates closed and secured after each service.
